The team behind 'scholina'

Our mission

To help every institution run on software that is affordable, reliable, and made for local conditions — so staff spend less time on paperwork and more time on students.

We believe good school software should work on the phones and internet connections institutions already have, respect the way Bangladeshi academics and finance actually operate, and keep every record safe and paper-free. That belief shapes every decision we make in 'scholina'.

Why we built 'scholina'

'scholina' grew out of watching institutions wrestle with tools that were never designed for them.

The problem we saw

Attendance in paper registers, fees in cash with handwritten receipts, results recalculated by hand, and expensive software built for other countries that ignored GPA-5, BDT lakh/crore formatting and local board reporting.

What we set out to build

One platform covering admissions, attendance, exams, fees, communication and operations — built around the Bangladesh board system, zero-paper by default, and usable on low-end devices with unreliable internet.

What we stand for

The principles that guide how we build and support 'scholina'.

Built for local reality

GPA-5, BDT lakh/crore formatting, DD/MM/YYYY dates, Asia/Dhaka time and the January–December academic year are built in, not bolted on.

Reliable on any device

We optimize for low-end phones and unstable connections, so staff can work from any classroom or office without waiting on a page to load.

Zero-paper by default

Every completed workflow saves a PDF with a verification QR code — receipts, report cards and certificates are digital first, print only when needed.

Security and access control

Role-based access, audit logs and regular backups keep each institution's data isolated and protected.

Company information

'scholina' is built and operated by CyberCraft Bangladesh, a registered software studio in Dhaka.
