By accessing or using scholina — Education Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

scholina — Education Management System is a cloud-based institution management platform provided by CyberCraft Bangladesh. The platform offers student information management, attendance tracking, fee collection, exam management, HR & payroll, communication tools, and related educational administration services. Features available to you depend on your subscription tier.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Each user account is personal and non-transferable.
• CyberCraft Bangladesh reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• scholina — Education Management System offers multiple subscription tiers: Starter Lite (free), Starter, Standard, Premium, and Enterprise.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during purchase.
• Prices are quoted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
• Failure to pay may result in downgrade to a limited free tier or account suspension.
• Refunds are processed according to our Payment Policy.

All institution data entered into scholina — Education Management System remains the intellectual property of the institution. CyberCraft Bangladesh does not claim ownership over any institution-generated data including student records, financial records, attendance data, or academic results. You retain all rights to your data and may export it in standard formats while your subscription is active.

The scholina — Education Management System platform, its original content, features, design, source code, documentation, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CyberCraft Bangladesh. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Bangladesh and international jurisdictions.

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or its systems.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any malicious code.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing scholina — Education Management System without prior written consent.
• Scraping, data mining, or extracting data from the platform through automated means.

CyberCraft Bangladesh aims for 99.5% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs. We will provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

CyberCraft Bangladesh shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

CyberCraft Bangladesh reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of scholina — Education Management System after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
