3. Prohibited Activities
- Unauthorized access: Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
- Data misuse: Sharing, selling, or distributing student or staff personal data outside authorized channels.
- Harassment: Using scholina — Education Management System communication features to send offensive, threatening, or harassing messages.
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages or using SMS features for non-institution purposes.
- Manipulation: Falsifying attendance records, exam results, financial data, or any other institution records.

7. Enforcement

- Repeated violations: Temporary suspension of the offending user account or feature access.
- Severe violations: Immediate suspension of the entire institution account pending investigation.
- Criminal activity: Reporting to law enforcement authorities as required by law.
8. Reporting Violations
Users can report policy violations through the support ticket system or by emailing [email protected]. All reports are investigated confidentially. CyberCraft Bangladesh will not retaliate against users who report violations in good faith.
